Under Wraps and The Seagull

We are sending lots of love to the cast and crew of both The Seagull by Open Theatre Company and also to Under Wraps by Artistic Fraud– both shows opening tonight! Can’t wait to see them! Also, the Women’s Work Festival has been rocking it here in town all weekend, sharing so many incredible pieces by women playwrights. PLUS the sun has even been hanging around these parts! How lucky we are. Congrats to the last Picture Start short film that just wrapped as well with NIFCO!

Thank you + March Theatre all around!

Wow. Just wow! ENDLESS thanks to all of you wonderful people who came out and joined us for our fundraiser! It was a huge success thanks to you all! The musicians (Philip Goodridge, Kat Burke + Sharon King-Campbell, Jay Hamel, Mike Hickey, Kim Drake, Next Stop Waterford + Laura Huckle, Shawn Parsons and Zach Nash) were amazing, all bar staff and owner Gene of the Levee were wonderful, and SO many lovely folks were out to support us! So much love! Can’t wait to share The Shape of Things with you all in a couple of weeks! Thank you all so very much!

We are also proud to say that there is SO much theatre here in the city this March! The  Women’s Work Festival closes tonight at Eastern Edge Gallery, there’s a lovely show Love You Forever and Other Stories by Robert Munsch at the LSPU Hall, Highway 63: The Fort Mac Show is at the hall later this month from Architect Theatre, and Dave Sullivan is directing American Buffalo at Rabbittown Theatre Company and of course we are directing The Shape of Things opening March 23rd at Ontop/Above!

Theatre all around! Get out to see it/support it!
(and let’s hope for no snow closures on show dates!)

EP's founders Kim, Jenn & Laura say thank you! @ The Levee
